    The Chianti Classico of the Santa Cristina company has an intense ruby red color with light orange reflections. The Sangiovese used for the production of this wine recalls the classic scents of this evolved grape. A slight initial oxidation leads, after some waiting time, to an evolved fruit, accompanied by the inevitable spices such as carnation and cooked sage. In the mouth the tannin is soft and elegant but still present.
