Cultivation is manual, with low espalier rows, Guyot arch pruning and organic fertilization, while pesticide treatments respect integrated pest management. The grapes, harvested by hand in the first half of September, are delicately pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C in steel. After a few months of maturation in steel and a refinement in the bottle for at least 3 months, a straw-yellow wine is obtained with greenish reflections, floral aromas of chamomile and hawthorn, fruity notes of hazelnut and pear, and a fresh, acidulous and persistent taste. Excellent for aperitifs, fish dishes, shellfish, white meats and raw vegetables, it should be served at 10-12°C and stored lying down away from light and vibrations, maintaining its quality for 3-4 years after the harvest.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Cravanzola","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":49479876673872,"sku":"5513","price":20.0,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0611\/6157\/0478\/files\/roero-arneis-san-francesco-2018-cravanzola-450802.jpg?v=1731902540","url":"https:\/\/rarest-wines.com\/en-fr\/products\/roero-arneis-san-francesco-2018-cravanzola","provider":"Rarest Wines","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
