The grapes, 100% Nebbiolo, come from vineyards planted between 1950 and 1971. The vinification takes place with a fermentation and maceration of about three weeks in stainless steel, at a controlled temperature, followed by a spontaneous malolactic fermentation in wood. The aging takes place for 32 months in barrels, on average.
