This distillate is full and harmonious, with aromatic notes of rustic pears, yellow fruit and yeasts, which emerge on the nose. On the palate, it is round, vinous and frankly expresses its noble raw materials such as barley malt and hops. Thanks to its alcohol content, it pairs perfectly with a light cigar or a not excessively sweet chocolate. It is also recommended to try it fresh, cooling the glass before serving, for a surprising experience. The distillate undergoes a double distillation in small copper stills in a bain-marie and rests in stainless steel containers.
