After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is subjected to a post-fermentation maceration at 29°C and continues its refinement in oak wood for a period of 24 months, with weekly batonnage for the first 4 months. The result is a full-bodied wine, with silky tannins and an enveloping persistence. Served at 18°C ​​in large glasses, it is the ideal companion for roast meat, poultry, game and mature cheeses.
