With a total extension of about 21 ha at an average altitude of 500 m above sea level, the soils are rich in skeleton, with alternating marly limestone and clay. The planting density is 5,000 vines per hectare and the management is certified organic, with Guyot training system. The harvest is manual, followed by an alcoholic fermentation of 15-20 days in cement and stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration on the skins lasts from 3 to 8 weeks, with malolactic fermentation in steel and cement. The wine ages for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and partially refines in cement barrels.
