After racking, the wine completes malolactic fermentation and is transferred to large 25 hl oak barrels for aging for 18 months, which softens the tannins and preserves the delicate fruity notes. In the glass, it presents itself with a dark and rich red; on the nose it releases a powerful aroma of dark cherry, enriched by floral hints.
