With a limited production of around 20,000 bottles, it is characterised by an artisanal winemaking process: harvest and fermentation in September, followed by a year's refinement in cement tanks and a small part in large French oak barrels, without filtration. With an intense purple colour, it offers hints of black berry fruit, balsamic and spicy notes on the nose. On the palate, a lively acidity and solid tannins stand out.
