The vinification involves destemming, soft pressing and slow fermentation in steel at 14-16°C, to preserve freshness and intense fruit. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and remains on the fine lees until bottling, between January and February. Straw yellow in color, it presents fresh floral aromas, citrus, melon and mineral notes.
