Passage in small oak barrels for a short period of 7 months. Straw yellow with a wide golden-green nuance. Dense and very rich perfume, opulent and of great strength. The characteristics of the vine are still well recognized, well blended with the wood. Vanilla, honey and hazelnut stand out, all well blended. Full, soft and velvety flavor.

The Sangiovese used for the production of this wine recalls the classic scents of this evolved grape. A slight initial oxidation leads, after some waiting time, to an evolved fruit, accompanied by the inevitable spices such as carnation and cooked sage. In the mouth the tannin is soft and elegant but still present.
