    Ca ‘del Bosco with its production of still wines expands the range while maintaining its own quality standard. Chardonnay in purity from their six best vineyards. Passage in small oak barrels for a short period of 7 months. Straw color with golden green reflections. On the nose it is very elegant, the power of the grape takes second place. Typical notes of the vine: butter and lime blossom accompanied by yellow fruit jam followed by a hint of vanilla and hazelnut. The taste is confirmed as very fine and elegant, balanced and harmonious with fruity and vanilla notes

    Firriato here wants to surpass itself with the creation of this “Cru dei Cru” three different vineyards for a single grape, Nero d’Avola. Cru della Ferla, cru della Beccaccia and cru della Lepre with their different characteristics give three different wines that with the skilful blend of Firriato offer a glass with an intense ruby red color, the other red fruit aromas remind us of chocolate, pepper and nutmeg. In the mouth it is an explosion of flavor dominated by a skilful softness.

    Triacca is a Swiss company with possessions both in Valtellina and in Tuscany. They have been producers since the end of the 19th century. The great expansion took place in 1969 with the acquisition in Tuscany and the La Gatta estate in Bianzone with its 13ha of vineyards. This Nebbiolo grown in the Grumello area is aged for 24 months in large oak barrels. It has a ruby red color tending to garnet. The taste is dry and velvety with notes of strawberry and slightly tannic.

    The history of Chianti and that of the Ricasoli family has always intersected, so much so that the native grape used for this Chianti has been declared a Sangiovese Brolio clone. The Brolio castle has been owned by the family for a millennium. This Chianti Classico was harvested towards the end of September, a mild and sometimes rainy spring, a hot summer and a September with an accentuated temperature range. Mostly Sangiovese grapes from the Brolio clone were used. The maturation took place for 12 months in large second passage barrels and then arrived to us in splendid shape to express all the characteristics of traditional Tuscany.
