Ero stra scettico perché non conoscevo la cantina e non ho quindi mai avuto modo di assaggiare un loro prodotto, ma la bottiglia oltre che avere un’aspetto magnifico era informissima!

    Castel de Paolis is one of the very first companies that seriously believed in the Lazio region. The research and experimentation lasted 7 years where native varieties were recovered and new innovative Italian and French varieties were added. Campo Vecchio is made up of: 50% Shiraz 30% Cesanese and 20% Montepulcino and san gioveseil all cultivated on a soil of volcanic origin with granular tuffs and pozzolane.
