The vineyards of Nuits-Saint-Georges, with an average age of 50 years, are cultivated on calcareous-marly soils exposed to the east. This wine presents itself with an elegant appearance and bright reflections, accompanied by a bouquet of black and red fruits, in which strawberries and white pepper stand out. The palate is rich and supported by well-present tannins, while the vinification involves 80% whole harvest, with 17 days of maceration and manual pigeage and pumping over practices. After aging for 14 months in barrels, 40% of which are new, the wine is bottled without filtration or clarification, maintaining a naturalness that best expresses the unique character of the terroir.
