Barolo DOCG del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba "Nirvasco" is a wine produced with Nebbiolo grapes in the Serralunga d'Alba area. The soil is clayey limestone with silty-sandy components. The harvest is done manually in October. The vinification involves maceration in steel with pumping over and oxygenation to complete the alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation on the fine lees. The refinement lasts at least 36 months in oak barrels and in the bottle. With an average alcohol content of 14%, the wine has a garnet red color with orange hues, intense aromas of spices and ripe fruit, and a rich, persistent taste, with soft tannins and hints of leather, licorice, pepper, dried violet and ripe plum.
