The 2020 vintage of this wine comes from estate vineyards located in Castellina in Chianti and uses 100% Sangiovese grapes. The annual production is 40,000 bottles. The vinification takes place in stainless steel vats for about 15 days with maceration on the skins, followed by aging for 9 months in barriques. The wine has an intense and lively ruby red color. On the nose it is intense and persistent, with hints of plum and raspberry jam. On the palate it is round and soft initially, with good acidity and significant tannins, which gives a robust body and a long and complex finish.
