Dievole is a historic winery located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, near the village of Vagliagli, about 20 minutes from Siena. Founded in the 11th century, Dievole boasts a long winemaking tradition and today extends over 600 hectares, of which 55 are planted with Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Trebbiano and Malvasia Bianca grapes. The company's flagship Chianti Classico DOCG is produced from vineyards that are an average of 15-20 years old, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels, resulting in a wine characterized by an intense ruby color, complex aromas and soft tannins. Dievole offers immersive wine tourism experiences, including guided tours of the vineyards and cellar, tastings of its fine wines and stays in its Wine Resort, allowing guests to fully appreciate authentic Tuscan hospitality immersed in the suggestive landscape of Chianti.
