Acquadiaccia is a niche winery, an expression of the bond with the Chianti territory. It takes care of the vineyard respecting the natural cycles, creating a seasonal sensorial balance. The wine has an intense dark ruby color, with purple reflections. It is composed of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Canaiolo, with spontaneous fermentation on its own yeasts and aging for 22 months in oak barriques and tonneaux. This Gran Selezione has an intense ruby color, with aromas of red fruits and vanilla on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy, full and full-bodied.
