Fattoria Tregole is a small winery located in the heart of Chianti Classico, near Castellina in Chianti. The 19-hectare property is owned by Sophie Conte, who restored the historic buildings and replanted the vineyards after purchasing it in 1998. The winery produces a Chianti Classico DOCG, made primarily from Sangiovese grapes grown using sustainable farming practices. The wine has an intense ruby red color with purple reflections, aromas of red fruits and floral notes, and a balanced taste with soft tannins. Fattoria Tregole also offers activities such as hiking, cycling, Tuscan cooking classes, wine tours, and hot air balloon rides, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the culture and beauty of the region.
