This Chianti Classico is an organic wine obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually between the end of September and the first ten days of October. We select the best grapes from certified producers, guaranteeing respect for the territory and the environment. The winemaking is carried out with PARSEC technologies, which optimize the natural process and minimize the use of additives. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and ages for at least 8 months in wood, followed by 6 months in the bottle before being released for sale. In the glass, it has a deep ruby red color with garnet reflections, an intense and elegant aroma, with fruit well blended with notes of wood. On the palate it is enveloping, balanced and fresh, with soft tannins and a persistent aftertaste. The alcohol content is 13.5% vol.
