Majo San Lorenzo - 2000 - Miceli
It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes harvested in the company-owned vineyards, located in Contrada Dimina in Castelvetrano. These vineyards were designed for the cultivation of high-quality grapes, capable of expressing great naturalness in the taste-olfactory sensations in the wine. After maceration on the skins for 10 days, the wine ages for 1 year in 300-liter barriques, and then refines for 6 months in a tank. This harvest produced 12,000 bottles of Majo San Lorenzo, a red wine with excellent structure, complexity and balance.
