Pico is a wine produced exclusively with Garganega grapes selected from the highest and most suitable hills of Gambellara. Spontaneous fermentation occurs naturally, while the refinement takes place in large 15 hl barrels for 12 months. It is bottled without filtration and without the addition of sulphites. In the best years, it is also offered in separate versions of the three crus: Monte di Mezzo, Faldeo and Taibane. Golden yellow in color, this Garganega wine stands out for its complexity and olfactory elegance, offering aromas of ripe fruit, spicy notes and minerals of flint and basalt. In the mouth it is full and vibrant, with a minerality that harmoniously balances acidity and body, vividly evoking the volcanic hills from which it comes.
