Cladrecis is a village in the municipality of Prepotto, on the border of the DOC Friuli Colli Orientali, where the Sirch brothers have started a project to restore ancient vineyards. The vineyards, located on hills surrounded by centuries-old woods, give life to wines with great territorial expression. The Rosso Cladrecis, a Bordeaux blend, combines Merlot and Pignolo, ensuring structure, elegance and spicy notes. On the nose, it expresses blueberry jam, undergrowth, medicinal herbs and minerality. On the palate, it is vigorous and harmonious. The assembly varies every year, alternating Refosco dal peduncolo rosso and Cabernet, but the Merlot and Pignolo remain constant, enhancing the balance and refinement of the wine.
