Coppo is an Italian wine producer based in the town of Canelli in Piedmont. The estate’s underground cellars date back to the 18th century and extend deep beneath the Canelli hillside, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These “underground cathedrals” house a wide range of wines from the major northern Italian varietals and Piedmont’s most important wine regions. Coppo’s vineyards span approximately 52 hectares of land, mostly in southern Piedmont, in the Monferrato area.
