Taittinger Brut Réserve has been aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellar to perfect the maturity of its aromas, before being released onto the market. Taittinger Brut Réserve is a Champagne wine obtained from a blend of 40% chardonnay and 60% pinot noir and pinot meunier from more than 35 different crus spread over several harvests. Brut Réserve de Taittinger has a bright golden straw color, with fine bubbles and a discreet and persistent foam. The nose reveals fruity and brioche aromas. It develops fragrances of peach and white flowers combined with notes of vanilla pod. Harmonious in the mouth, the wine is delicate, revealing delicious fruity and honeyed touches.
