Great Vintage Brut Rosè "Mattia Vezzola" - 2013 - Costaripa
This Rosé is made from Chardonnay (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%), coming from the best vineyards facing south on the Garda hills. The harvest, characterized by a cold climate with temperature variations, has produced wines with a rigorous character. The grapes, cold macerated with the “teardrop” method, give the wine elegance and complexity. Antique pink in color with powdery nuances, it has an intense aroma of ripe fruit, honey and white flowers. On the palate it is elegant and full, with a perfect balance between structure and vivacity, expressing energy and refinement.
