Barbaresco "San Giuliano" - 2021 - Paolo Manzone
The house and vineyards located in the Cru Meriame of Serralunga have belonged to Luisella's family for generations. Although the grapes were sold to a local cooperative, Paolo always dreamed of producing his own wine in the vineyards. The company, located between the crus Baudana and Lazzarito, is in an amphitheater facing south-southwest, completely in the cru "Meriame". The processing and harvesting of the grapes are manual to ensure quality, and the vinification is done with great care, using slow fermentation in steel. The refinement and vinification respect tradition, enhancing the unique characteristics of the grapes.
