Barolo Woods of the Lords - 2020 - Bosio
Cantine Bosio, founded in 1967 by Angela and Egidio, produced their first wine from vineyards nestled in the hills of the Langhe. Today, the winery has expanded, collaborating with trusted local winemakers, as well as cultivating their own vineyards. Although the wines come from different areas of the Langhe, the winemaking takes place in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The wines reflect the varietal essence of the territory, with a modern and accessible style. Bosio is recognized for offering some of the best value wines in Piedmont. The vineyards are located in the Verduno sector, on clay-limestone soils. The traditional vinification lasted 15 days in stainless steel tanks, followed by 3 years of aging in French oak barrels and additional months in the bottle.
