Barolo Riserva "Rocche di Castiglione" is a prestigious 100% Nebbiolo wine, produced in Castiglione Falletto in one of the most suitable areas. The vineyards are exposed to the south-east, located at an altitude of 320-350 meters, on calcareous and medium-textured soils. This Barolo has a good intensity of color and a broad and persistent bouquet, with notes of licorice, mint and ripe fruit, which evolve into ethereal hints of resin and sweet spices over time. On the palate it is full and well structured, with tannins and acidity that balance out during aging, making it a wine of great longevity
