The Barolo "Sorano" by Mura Mura is a refined interpretation of one of the most emblematic wines of Piedmont. Produced with Nebbiolo grapes from the prestigious area of Serralunga d'Alba, this Barolo stands out for its intense and complex character. The winemaking process, which involves a long maceration and refinement in oak barrels, gives the wine an imposing structure and a great capacity for aging. On the nose, the "Sorano" offers an enveloping bouquet of berries, dried flowers and spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco, while on the palate it is rich, tannic and well-balanced, with a long and persistent finish. A Barolo that expresses the authenticity of the terroir of Serralunga d'Alba, perfect to accompany red meat dishes, braised meats and mature cheeses.
