It comes from the Villero sub-zone in Castiglione Falletto located at 250 m., exposed to the South and South-West and composed of a marly-calcareous soil, rich in sand. A wine of great class that expresses the elegance of the territory, of a brilliant intense color to which time gives light amber tones, exuberant in the aromas of fruit and spices, of great structure, full and velvety flavor, with a long finish of goudron and spices. The characteristic tannicity ensures long life in the bottle, up to 25-30 years and more in the best vintages.
