Brunello di Montalcino DOCG by Azienda Agricola Collelceto is a masterpiece of 100% Sangiovese, characterized by a deep ruby color with garnet reflections that intensify with aging. This wine fascinates with its intense bouquet of tobacco and lavender, enriched by tertiary notes resulting from a long refinement that reveal its complexity and refinement. Produced from grapes grown on clayey and well-drained soils, the wine follows a scrupulous process of soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature and prolonged maceration for 18-24 days, followed by 30 months in medium-sized oak barrels and 12 months of bottle aging. The result is a velvety, full-bodied wine with a balanced structure, harmonious tannins and a persistent finish, perfect to accompany tasty meats, game or mature cheeses, offering extraordinary longevity and elegance.
