Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Linea Prestige embodies the essence of purity and excellence of the Castelnuovo dell'Abate area, located 365 meters above sea level. Produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes from 25-30 year old vineyards, planted on calcareous soils rich in skeleton, this wine is distinguished by a careful winemaking process that includes natural fermentations and a long maceration. Aged for 3.5 years in French oak barrels and refined for 6 months in the bottle, it has a ruby red color tending towards garnet. The intense and enveloping bouquet combines notes of ripe fruit, Mediterranean undergrowth, blackberry and blueberry, with hints of chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied, with well-structured tannins, good acidity and a harmonious and persistent finish. Ideal with red meats, game and mature cheeses, Brunello di Montalcino Linea Prestige is certified organic and represents a true celebration of Tuscan tradition and quality.
