Pinot Noir, derived from low-yield Burgundian clones, is grown on high hills with calcareous-clayey soil. It has a beautiful ruby red color of medium intensity. On the nose it offers a pleasant and refined aroma, with a delicate wild scent and distinctive fruity notes of currants and raspberries, which reveal all the complexity of the original grape. On the palate it is smooth, harmonious and very pleasant. It pairs well with first courses and medium-structured red meats.
