Cape Martin - 2004 - Jermann
Capo Martino, produced from native white grapes, takes its name from the hill purchased in 1991 in the heart of the Gorizia hilly area, with a 7.5-hectare vineyard renovated from 1996 to 2003. It has a bright golden yellow color, with a complex aroma of ripe local and tropical fruit, withered flowers and a touch of vanilla. Notes of apple, banana, hazelnut, broom and passion flower enrich the bouquet. On the palate it is velvety, with a perfect balance and a delicate aroma, characterized by an exceptional taste persistence.
