Caparsa is the company run since 1982 by Paolo Cianferoni and his family. Certified organic both in the vineyard and in the cellar, the company makes tradition the starting point and strength for each of its wines. Matured in cement containers, it reveals itself as a sober and fine wine due to the particular fresh exposures of the Caparsa land. Lively aromas and rustic tannins are accompanied by an important overall finesse.
