Founded in 1998 by Frank Grace, through the unification of different properties of local farmers, the company takes its name from the owners' surname and from a historic 19th century windmill, located in front of the winery. The company's philosophy is to produce elegant wines that are an expression of the terroir, enhancing the "soul of Chianti Classico". This wine offers a nuance of aromas and flavors that brings together a mix of ripe fruit, earthiness and undergrowth. The sip is whole, relaxed and fragrant, giving it a marked and immediately enjoyable drinkability.
