This Chianti Classico is a wine obtained from 100% Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually between the end of September and the first ten days of October. The vinification is carried out with care, thanks to PARSEC technologies that optimize the natural process, minimizing the use of oenological additives and preserving the characteristics of the vine and the territory. After fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barriques, followed by at least 4 months of aging in wood and 6 months in the bottle before being released for sale. In the glass, it has a clear ruby red color, with an elegant aroma of red fruit and spicy notes. In the mouth, it offers good body, freshness and balanced tannins, with a persistent aftertaste and a light bitterish note at the end. The alcohol content is 13.5% vol.
