The vineyard is located in the best areas of Veneto, ideal for this variety. The vines are grown on volcanic and tuff hills, which give the soil unique characteristics. The preparation of the wine begins with the drying of the grapes for about a month in the fruit cellar, followed by fermentation in steel vats. Subsequently, the wine is refined for three months in the bottle. This process produces a sweet wine with extraordinary aromas of honey and flowers, typical of the variety. On the palate, the wine is sweet, very fresh, balanced and very persistent, offering a unique and satisfying sensory experience.
