Poderi Boscarelli is a renowned Tuscan wine producer based in the village of Cervognano di Montepulciano, located east of Montepulciano. Founded in 1962 by Egidio Corradi, the estate is primarily dedicated to the production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano. This Vino Nobile is characterized by a distinctive composition, comprising mainly 85% Sangiovese, with minor additions of Colorino, Canaiolo and Mammolo. It is the oldest Vino Nobile label, representative and emblematic of the philosophy of Poderi Boscarelli. Since its debut in 1968, this wine has consistently constituted approximately half of the company's production; its composition and aging process have remained essentially unchanged over the years, with a current production of approximately 50,000 bottles. Poderi Boscarelli's Vino Nobile is distinguished by its freshness, elegance, complexity and remarkable aging potential.
