Once payment has been received, the bottles are placed in special polystyrene cellars that guarantee maximum safety during the journey; after which they are entrusted to the MailBoxes Center.
There are two types of shipping: express shipping which guarantees the arrival of the bottles the next day and standard shipping which takes between 3 and 4 working days.
For non-EEC countries, delivery times may vary between 2 and 10 working days.
Shipments are made to Europe, Asia and the USA.

Rarest Wines has been dealing with the purchase and sale of wine for more than twenty years, aiming to choose the best wine to offer to customers for their collection, investments or special events.
We buy wine cellars from both private collectors and large restaurants.
After having checked on site that the wines have been properly stored, they are transferred to our temperature-controlled warehouse.

The bottles are stored in polystyrene packaging, which guarantees both the integrity of the product and less exposure to external temperatures.
The wines come from our temperature-controlled warehouse, where they remain until the moment of shipment.
Our courier is very careful to handle the packages we send with delicacy. If for some reason one or more bottles should arrive damaged, contact our customer care at office@rarest-wines.com and explain the extent of the damage.
You will be asked to send us the bottle to be returned and to send us a photo with a description of the damage via email.
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the box. Proof of purchase is also required.
Upon receipt, we will send you an email that we have received the returned item and inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically generated within 7 business days of the date of receipt of the goods applied to the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

No requests for replacement or complaints are accepted unless the bottle has been damaged during transport. The bottles come from private collections, restaurants or rare wine dealers. Each bottle has had its own history, we cannot guarantee that after years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We can assure you that the conditions of the bottle are exactly as in the description and photograph.
The sale of our bottles is therefore subject to the “seen and liked” clause.
