Barbaresco DOCG Serraboella by Fontanabianca comes from vineyards located in Neive, in the Langhe, at an altitude of 300 meters. The vines, with an average age of 30 years, are grown with the Guyot system on medium-textured calcareous soils, benefiting from an ideal temperate climate. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with subsequent refinement in large barrels for 12-15 months. The result is a harmonious and elegant wine, with velvety tannins and a dry flavor, perfect for pairing with roasts, game and tasty cheeses. The average alcohol content is 14%. It is recommended to serve it at 18 ° C in red glasses.
