Barbera d'Alba "Ciabot of the Moon" - 2016 - Voerzio Martini
This bottle comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 440 meters, on a soil characterized by Marne di Sant'Agata, a combination of clay, very fine sand and limestone components. Over the last 30 years, the leaf surface has been increased to ensure grapes of the highest quality. The harvest is done manually, with a rigorous selection of the bunches to obtain uniform ripening. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with advanced temperature control and oxygenation techniques. Aging takes place in French oak barriques, preserving the aromas and chromatic intensity of the wine.
