The Barolo Bussia Riserva DOCG "Granbussia" by Poderi Aldo Conterno is an emblem of excellence and tradition, produced exclusively from Nebbiolo in the Michet and Lampia varieties, grown in the prestigious Vigna Cicala, located in the heart of Bussia in Monforte d'Alba. Harvested by hand in mid-October, the Nebbiolo undergoes a red vinification with prolonged maceration on the skins for 30 days, during which alcoholic fermentation takes place at temperatures reaching 32°C. After several rackings, the wine matures in oak barrels, where it refines its structure and complexity. The Vigna Cicala, with an average age of 40-45 years, gives the "Granbussia" a unique character, made of elegance, depth and an extraordinary balance, making it a memorable winemaking experience.
