Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is a refined wine, produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on approximately 8 hectares of vineyards located between 240 and 360 meters above sea level, on marly soils of Eocene origin. The vinification takes place in stainless steel and glass-lined cement tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by over 2 years of aging in Slavonian oak barrels and at least 8 months of bottle refinement. This Brunello has a ruby red color tending towards garnet, offering notes of red berry fruit and light spices on the nose. On the palate it is warm, soft and well-balanced, with moderately pronounced tannins and a long taste-olfactory persistence. Perfect to serve at 18°C, it goes magnificently with roast or stewed game and mature cheeses.
