Barolo "Cerequio" - 2020 - Michele Chiarlo
Produced only in exceptional years in limited quantities and sold by assignment, this wine undergoes vinification with alcoholic fermentation in oak vats for 30 days in contact with the skins using the "submerged cap" method. The minimum aging is 6 years, of which 3 in large barrels and 3 in the bottle. It has a deep garnet red color, a complex aroma with notes of red berries, chocolate, mint and fine spices, accompanied by balsamic hints. On the palate, it offers excellent structure, silkiness and harmony, with a long and fresh aftertaste.
