The meticulous care of the vineyard and the environment, combined with a rigorous selection of grapes and a basically essential work in the cellar, with references to tradition, constitute the fundamental prerequisites for labels, with an original character, capable of fully expressing the simplicity of a unique terroir. Aged in medium-sized barrels and barriques, the Brunello Assunto 2018, dedicated to the founder of the winery, is a graceful example of the typology: clear and delicious aromas of wild strawberry, mint and some citrus hints, anticipate the flavors of the sip, which spreads sweet, with discreet and slightly bitter tannins and which gradually leaves room for a fruity and, in the finish, floral flavor.
