Cerasuolo di Vittoria comes from the countryside of Dorilli, located between the sea and the Iblei mountains, an area of food excellence in Sicily. The name of the only DOCG in Sicily comes from "cerasa", which means cherry in Sicilian dialect. This wine is produced with the native varieties Nero d'Avola and Frappato. It is a unique, recognizable and unforgettable wine, with aromas of cherry, strawberry and pomegranate, thanks to the particularity of the soils and the climate in which the grapes are grown following the principles of sustainability and organic farming. A wine that respects an ancient tradition, but which stands out for its youthful character like no other Sicilian red.
