Château d'Arcins owns one of the first vineyards in Haut-Médoc, developed in 1300 by the Knights Templar. For aging, over 1,500 new oak barrels, renewed by a third each year, retain the wine for 12 months. The cultivation method and the clay-gravel soil allow us to get the best of an exceptional terroir, reminiscent of neighboring appellations, especially Moulis.
