Chianti Classico - 2019 - Borgo Salcetino
The Borgo Salcetino company was founded in 1996 when Valneo and Tonino Livon, winemakers in Friuli, decided to expand their knowledge of wine in the Chianti Classico area, specifically in Radda in Chianti. Garnet red in color, it is intense on the nose and recalls raspberries and cherries. In the mouth it is fruity, full, with good structure and velvety tannins. The harvest is done entirely by hand in crates with subsequent soft destemming.
