Chianti Classico - 2019 - Torcilacqua
The company is located in Badia a Passignano, in the heart of Chianti Classico with a view of the surrounding vineyards and woods. The grapes come from the youngest parcels, located on soils with a frank texture, rich in skeleton and galestro, selected and harvested by hand in boxes. Aged in tonneaux and barriques where it matures for about 12 months. Then follows another period of aging in steel where the wine completes its course before bottling.
